Ep. 20 The Importance of Mental Health with Megan Gallagher

January is still here and we've been in this Pandemic for almost a whole year and that's a bit shocking. We had the honor to have a conversation with Mental Health advocate, Megan Gallagher, to talk about the importance of Mental Health as a whole, particularly in these times. Young adults are suffering in the classrooms and Megan talks about what they can do to cope and have a better school rhythm as well as how every working adult is phasing pandemic fatigue. We are facing a rise in anxiety and depression cases now more than ever. By having this conversation, we hope to inspire others to open up if they are struggling, and helping to be part of the movement to stop making mental health a taboo subject. We are devoted to make this world a healthier place to live in. You can connect with Megan on at @meganwgallagher.

Megan also mentions her book that will be launching in March and we'll be doing a giveaway closer to the release date! Stay tuned.
